Market your business by using this helpful time management strategy that generates impressive results.
Any attempt to market your business seems to fall through the cracks because of your huge to-do list plus day-to-day emergencies.
And although you plan to market your business, you seem to overlook half of the things you intend. But I’ve got a solution that works extremely well… I set up daily, weekly and monthly notifications on my phone to remind me to carry out these tasks.
For example, once a week I receive a notice to devote time to finding new marketers that can help with tasks I have on my list of things to do.
I set alarms to remind me both my personal and business “to-do” things.
This includes things like exercising, designing marketing programs, learning a new approach I have recently read about, reviewing various websites, scheduling a dentist appointment and so forth.
Let me show you how you can gain the most from this method:
Prepare a menu of all the various issues that typically fall through the cracks. Add those issues which you think of at random times.
Pick the ones that bear the most significance for you. this could include promoting, selling, spotting new dealers, developing brand new goods to market your business, searching for new customers to interview, and so on. Your checklist will vary. These must be priorities for you to ensure that you do not ignore them.
Create a reminder for each one. Depending on what it is, the alert may be daily, weekly, etc. It could even be a single reminder.
It’s essential to add a note to every alert so you figure out what it is you’re supposed to do.
In the likely event that you fail to attach a note, you will not have a clue what it points to when the bell goes off.
Like any new habit, it takes a little effort to carry out this consistently.
However, after a couple of weeks of this, you’ll have good news. You will be astounded at how much more you get done, and how much faster you’re growing your business.
One notification you may begin with today (particularly if it is after office hours right now) is to call us at Penrose Marketing. Or send us a note via our website. We can help you analyze and promote your online marketing efforts.
